This service runs on AI separation models (MIT License) and is independently optimized and hosted by vocalremoveroak.com.

You are responsible for: - Ensuring you have the legal right to upload audio files; - Not using this service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; - Not uploading content that infringes on copyrights or intellectual property rights; - Not attempting to reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the service operation; - Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

The VocalRemover platform, its interface, design, and independent functions are owned by vocalremoveroak.com. The AI separation models used are copyrighted by their original authors and are subject to the MIT open-source license. You retain full ownership of the files you upload and the output results.

VocalRemover is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will fully meet your expectations or be continuously available. vocalremoveroak.com is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Under no circumstances shall vocalremoveroak.com, its developers, partners, or service providers be liable for any loss of profits, data loss, or other indirect damages resulting from your use of VocalRemover.

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend access to the service when necessary, such as for violations, abuse, or system maintenance.
